Team Work

Working in a team can have it's advantages and disadvantages. An advantage of team work is that everyone is able to put out their ideas and a disadvantage is that there is always someone witha load personality who takes over and shares their ideas or runs the group the way they want to and doesn't involve everyone else, on the other hand this person can sometimes make sure that everyone gets a go e.g. On saturday the 26th I went to a meeting about MEETINGS AND TEAMWORK by Julie and we spoke about teamwork and one particular guy mentioned that teamwork is not for everyone although you mean learn alot by simply participating and as you begin to work in a team you build a relationship with the people that surround you, after a couple of months it's hard to separate because you have gotten to know one another.

He has a point because some people are dependant and they find it harder to co operate and work in a group. Although the job gets doe quicker and everyone has a different skill that they may contribute to the group.
